How to apply to the BlackTwist Affiliate program

To become an affiliate in the BlackTwist affiliate program, you need to apply through the LemonSqueezy Affiliate Hub, confirm you can receive payouts, and then apply to the BlackTwist program inside the platform.

BlackTwist runs its affiliate program on LemonSqueezy, so all applications, tracking, and payouts happen inside the Affiliate Hub.

There are two steps to joining the BlackTwist affiliate program.

Apply to become an affiliate on LemonSqueezy

The first step is to apply at affiliates.lemonsqueezy.com.

LemonSqueezy reviews and vets every new applicant to the affiliates platform. This review is done by LemonSqueezy, not BlackTwist.

Make sure you can receive payouts in one of the supported countries. If you cannot, you will not be able to become an affiliate on LemonSqueezy, which also means you cannot join the BlackTwist program.

Once you sign in to the Affiliate Hub, fill in your affiliate profile. The profile includes your bio, the websites where you promote affiliate products, your social media accounts, your monthly website visitors, and your email subscribers.

Your bio is important. Tell store owners who you are and how you promote affiliate products. Be specific. Include your audience size, engagement rates, and the platforms where your audience spends time. Your bio is sent to BlackTwist when you apply for our program, so treat it like an application.

Once your profile is complete, submit it for approval.

Apply to join the BlackTwist program

After LemonSqueezy accepts your application, you can apply to join the BlackTwist affiliate program.

Navigate to the Programs page from the left sidebar menu in the Affiliate Hub. You will see a list of all the programs currently accepting new affiliates. Search for BlackTwist.

Click on BlackTwist to see details about the plans, the referral commission, and the cookie window.

When you are ready, submit a request to join. You will be asked how you plan to promote BlackTwist. Be specific. Describe your audience, the platforms you post on, the type of content you create, and why BlackTwist is a fit for your followers. Vague applications get rejected.

We review every application manually. If your audience matches our target users (Threads creators, Bluesky creators, social media managers, and content marketers), you will likely be approved.

You will be notified by email if your application is accepted.

After you are approved

Once approved, you will get a unique affiliate link from the Affiliate Hub. Share this link with your audience. Anyone who clicks your link and subscribes to a paid BlackTwist plan within the cookie window will be tracked as your referral, and you will earn a commission on their subscription.

You can track clicks, referrals, conversions, and earnings directly from the Affiliate Hub dashboard.

You can join any number of affiliate programs on LemonSqueezy at the same time, so BlackTwist does not need to be your only program.
